Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Cash-on-delivery orders may require confirmation by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before dispatch.
Delivery Areas, Times, and Fees
Cairo & Giza: EGP 75, estimated 3–5 business days.
Delta: EGP 100, estimated 3–5 business days.
Many Cities: EGP 85, estimated 3–5 business days.
Upper Egypt: EGP 120, estimated 5–8 business days.
Matrouh: EGP 150, estimated 5–8 business days.
North Sinai and South Sinai: EGP 150, estimated 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Delays may occur because of courier operations, public holidays, weather, remote-area access, order verification, or circumstances beyond Titiana’s reasonable control.
Delivery Information
Customers must provide a complete and accurate name, phone number, governorate, city or district, street, building number, apartment number where applicable, and any useful delivery instructions. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be resent because of incorrect or incomplete information, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal without a valid reason.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
