Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) may be confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before shipment.

Currently, Titiana accepts Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional payment methods may become available in the future.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
